

The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95B(4) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Limited is proposing the construction of a storage facility for an existing factory and a Sloane’s Froglet wetland. The storage facility will involve the construction of a concrete hardstand and associated facilities.
The proposed action has been determined to be a “controlled action” under the EPBC Act. The controlling provision under the EPBC Act is “Listed threatened species and communities” (Sections 18 and 18A). The Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water advised that the project will be assessed through Preliminary Documentation.
Public comment was sought from 22 August 2025 to 5 September 2025. No public comments were received during this period.
Pursuant to Section 95B(4) of the EPBC Act, the final preliminary documentation is now available for viewing in hard copy at the following locations:
